Complete Cremations provided excellent care to my dad and our family after his sudden passing. I called around to several places from the hospital and Michael really took the time with me to walk me through the process and answer the many questions I had. We chose to have a viewing for my dad, and cremate afterward. Other companies were charging nearly double that of Complete Cremations cost. They also provided an actual casket for the service (rather than charging hundreds to rent one or use a wooden one). I could count on Michael to answer my calls, text, emails in a prompt manner, and he was very patient with me during the process of planning all of this (as I changed my mind on things a few times). It didn’t matter. He was very understanding and available to help in any way he could. He offered great advice, and his team went out of their way to accommodate us and some of our special requests from beginning to end. I also wanted a lot of updates on my dad during the process, and Michael was happy to text me frequently for reassurance that my dad was in good hands. It really eased my mind during this tough time. I feel that Complete Cremations really show that you can have an excellent experience and quality service without breaking the bank. I really can’t say enough about their service. I will be recommending them to all friends and family, and will continue to use them myself. Convenient, accommodating, affordable, reliable, professional, trustworthy..the list goes on. Such a great experience!
