  •  Preparation and filing of original death certificate
  •  One Death Certificate Certified Copy
  •  Telephone/Virtual Arrangements ONLY

This package does not include embalming, visitation, viewing, ceremonies, an obituary or credit card fees. If you do not want to use our basic minimum cremation container, you may arrange to provide your own alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). If your alternative container meets the state requirements, you will receive a credit for the cost of our basic minimum container ($15).
