Wendy Anne Nicholson

Wendy was born in Kansas City, MO to Carl and Sue Ann Smith. She grew up in Belton, MO and went to Belton schools; she graduated in 1984 from Belton High School.
She trusted Christ as her personal Savior in 2015, was baptized, and became a member of Heartland Baptist Fellowship in Harrisonville, MO before moving to Lincoln, where she enjoyed gardening and quiet days in the country.
She was an amazing wife, mom, and grandma to her family. She didn’t believe in the word step and loved her “other” kids like her own.
Wendy is survived by her husband Robert Nicholson of Lincoln, Missouri; her children: Tristan Miller of Osawatomie, KS, Savannah Miller of Warrensburg, MO, Chet Nicholson of East Lynne, MO, and Amanda Jackson (Heath Jackson) of Xenia, OH; 8 grandchildren: Hayden, Hayleigh, Alex, Josiah, Briley, Kimber, Silas, and Xeena; her brother John Smith of Bolivar, MO; her dad Carl Smith of Belton, MO; and her dogs Pebbles and Jax.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Sue Ann Smith.
A wife, a mother, a grandma, a sister, an aunt, and loving friend to many, she will forever be loved and adored by all those who knew her. Wendy was an organ donor and would love for you to consider being a donor as well.
