Ronald Lowe, 81, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 10, 2025 in Olathe, KS. He was born on February 18, 1944 in Kansas City, Kansas to Eugene and Lela Lowe. He was raised in the Stanley area and later retired from Allied Signal after 30 years.

Ronald married Sharon Kay Dutton on March 26, 1966 in Olathe, KS. They would be married for 32 years before Jesus called her home.

He is preceded in death by the love of his life, Kay; his Father and Mother and siblings Robert, Bill, Margaret, Larry, James, and David.

Ronald is survived by his three sons Steven Lowe(Roxanne)Oak Grove, MO, Jeffrey Lowe, Gardner, KS, Todd Lowe(Carolyn) Adrian, MO, and daughter Lori Huggins(Roger) Edgerton, KS. Ron is also survived by 9 grandchildren-Zachary Lowe, Kiaya Heidrich, Ashley O'Brien, Dakota Lowe, Jordan Baisden, Briana Marumudi, Alexis Lowe, Jaden Jones, Daniel Jones and 9 great-grandchildren. Ronald's surviving siblings are Suellyn Stone, Deanna Dornes, Cheryl Swisher, Dannie Lowe, and Gina Hall.

Some of Ronald's favorite things were traveling, eating, music and spending time with the ones he loved. His favorite places to travel to were Colorado, Osage Beach, Springfield, MO, and Hawaii(his favorite). He was a gifted musician who could play many instruments-harmonica, keyboard and even took ukulele lessons.

Dad lived life fully, he loved deeply and he will be missed beyond measure.

Graveside services for Ronald Lowe will be held on June 28, 2025 at 11am at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Overland Park, KS.

Memorial donations can be made in Ronald's name to St. Croix Hospice.
