In Loving MemoryNorma “Jeanie” Fair (Ricehouse) died unexpectedly and peacefully in Research Medical Center on 05/25/2022 in Kansas City, MO at the age of 74.Norma is survived by her Sons: Joseph Castaneda (wife Tosha) of Belton, MO, James Castaneda, Michael Fair (wife Brandy) all of Harrisonville, MO, Damon Fair (wife Anita) of Raymore, MO; Daughter Alecia Castaneda of Fort Scott, KS; Niece Lisa Glass of New Braunfels, TX; Nephew Paul McCarty of Kansas City, MO; and Sister Martha Ricehouse of Kansas City, MO. She is preceded in death by her Father and Mother Irvin T and Martha Ellen Ricehouse of Raytown, MO; Son Rick A Fair of Pleasant Hill, MO; and Sister Jerry Ellen Webb of San Antonio, TX. Norma was born on 06/14/1947 in Independence, MO to Irvin T and Martha Ellen Ricehouse. She graduated from Raytown South High School. She moved to Harrisonville from Raytown. She raised 7 children and until this day loves each of her children equally and was fully giving support to all. Norma began working for Honeywell as a Repair Administrator over 20 years ago. Her children remember her as kind, loving, giving and most of all a “Mom” to each and every one of them.Norma loved yellow roses, purple, the lake, outdoors, fishing, garage sales, concerts, music and her dogs Penny and Zoey. She was a patient individual who loved reading and who was passionate about making people happy, laughing, smiling, and enjoying themselves.A Memorial service is scheduled for 1:00pm on 06/11/2022 at Staley Mound Cemetery, (19300-23499) S. Staley Mound Rd. off E. 219th Street. Pastor Fred Todd Sr. will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Norma Fair’s life. Mom... Please take care of Bridgette & Michael til I see you all again. Bridgette Chantel Castaneda passed 02/23/23 William Michael Fair passed 03/06/23 Tosha and I love and miss you all so much! We lost four of you, including Diana Blankenship, Tosha's mother in less then one year. Our hearts are broken. Love always your son, daughter-in-law & best friend. Joseph, Tosha & Bailey Jo Castaneda
