Jenny Lynne (Bird) Lawson-Choate (Duncan) died unexpectedly on June 12, 2021, in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 50.

Jenny was born on June 6, 1971, in Fayette, Missouri to Donna Shelnutt and Delmer Duncan.

Jenny is survived by her daughter Jade Lawson, of Columbia, Missouri. Grandson Jordan Potter of Boonville, Missouri. Five sisters, Angela Purdy of Oklahoma. Hang Bui of Tennessee. Hope Green of Alabama. Jody Browning of Kansas City. Jessica Browning of Texas. Nieces and nephews, Mathew, Kendra, Huy, Dalton, Merissa, Angel, Tatum, and Marionna. Jenny is preceded in death by her Son Jordan Choate, Mother Donna Pipes, Father Delmer Duncan, and Grandmother Alberta Yoakum.
