Jeffrey Dean Croft

Jeffrey Dean Croft, 62, passed away on October 21, 2025, at his home in Harrisonville, MO.

Jeffrey was born on March 9th, 1963 in Kansas City, Mo to Eura Croft and Emma Jean (Jones) Croft. Raised in Kansas City with his three sisters Diana, Linda and Angela. Jeffrey enlisted in the United States Air Force at 18 and spent 4 years in service. 

Jeffrey later married Linda Roberts and had two sons Jeffrey Dean Croft II and Shaun Everett Croft. Jeffrey obtained his Master Plumbers degree and proudly owned and operated J C Water Services. He maintained several water districts in the area. Everyone knew that if they had any kind of plumbing issues, he was a call away and willing to help in anyway he could. While being a Master Plumber, Jeffrey was a jack of many trades from mechanics to basic home repairs, yard work, and any other help someone could need, he was there. Jeffrey knew no strangers when it came to someone needing help if there was a need he was there no questions asked. These were traits he passed on in both of his sons as he taught them all he knew and showed them what is was to be a true man of his word, a protector, and provider of those around them. If there was a Chiefs game on, you could always find Jeffrey in one of two places, in his chair with his feet up enjoying the game or leaning against his kitchen counter with a drink in his hand. On the Chiefs off days, he loved to spend his time outside hunting, fishing, working in the garage or just riding around on his golf cart or side-by-side. Whatever he was doing though you could guarantee he was never alone, you would always find one of his grandchildren by his side making the memories. They will now hold these memories of their one-on-one time that he made sure to give to each grandchild in their hearts forever.

Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife Linda Croft of the home. Jeffrey (Ashley) Croft and children Lexi, Jaymie and Jacob all of Lee's Summit, Mo. Shaun (Natasha) Croft and children Lillyanne, Chloe, Paytyn, Sydney, Sawyer, Kaden, Grayson and Sophia all of East Lynne, Mo. Mother Emma Jean Croft of Kansas City, Mo. Sisters Dianna( Fred) Armantrout of Lee's Summit, Mo and Linda Icenhour of Kansas City, Mo. Along with many nieces and nephews. Brother James (Elizabeth) Croft of Mobile, AL.Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father Eura Croft and sister Angela Wymore.

A celebration of life will be held at Jeffrey and Linda's home on Sunday October 26th, 2025 from 1-5pm. In honor of Jeffrey the family asks that everyone wear either camo or KC Chiefs gear. Come ready with any memories or stories to share together with each other and the family. Any finger foods are welcome.
