Mr. Glenn Bernard Pearson died peacefully at his home on October 24, 2022, in Kansas City, MO at the age of 68 yrs old.

Bernard is survived by a host of nephews and nieces and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Mr. Robert Pearson, his mother Mrs. Bertha Pearson Carpenter, his stepfather Mr. Ben Carpenter, three brothers: Mr. Anthony Collier Bey, Mr. Victor Pearson, and Mr. Enloe Collier, one sister Mrs. Regina Davis, and his soulmate Ms. Karen Johnson.

Bernard was born on September 7, 1954, in Kansas City, MO to the union of Robert and Bertha Pearson. He was educated in the Kansas City Missouri school system. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1972. He worked briefly for General Motors and KC Fitness Centers before attending barber college to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a barber and following in his father’s footsteps.

A celebration of life service will be held at Noon, Nov. 5, 2022, at the Sycamore Grooves apartments community room located at 2920 E. 17th St, Kansas City, MO 64127 with a repast to follow the service. Rev. Jackie J. Robinson will officiate.
