Garry was born in Green City, MO to Ralph Posey and Floy Posey. Garry married Carolyn Posey of Kansas City, Missouri on June 21, 1963 in Kansas City.

Survived by Carolyn (Wife), Richard (Son), Tracey (Daughter), 4 Grandkids and 9 Great Grandkids.

He was preceded in death by Ralph Posey (Father), Floy Posey (Mother), Albert Van Gordon (Father-in-law), Vera Van Gordon (Mother-in-law).

A Private Family Viewing will be held November 01, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Complete Cremation and Funeral Service 1505 Brookhart Drive Harrisonville, MO 64701.
