Christopher Gerard Bonsee

 Christopher Gerard Bonsee, 35, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on July 22, 2025. He was born on January 9, 1990, in Morristown, New Jersey, the son of Paul Bonsee and Robin Jaques (formerly Bonsee). He was a musician, an artist, a devoted cat dad with a love for cooking.

Christopher was a proud member of the United Auto Workers Union, Chapter 31 in Kansas City, Kansas.

He is survived by his parents; his brother, Andrew Bonsee of Hannibal, Missouri; and his sister, Jacqueline Bonsee of Springfield, Missouri, as well as extended family and friends who will hold his memory in their hearts.

A memorial service honoring Christopher’s life was held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri.

He was a bright light in the world, a friend, a brother, and a son who will never be forgotten – for who he was and for who he could have been.
