Chase is survived by Christel Collins - mother, Shannan Bell step-mother Michael Bishop - father, Bailey Adams - step-mother, Gage Collins - brother, Piper Ericksen- sister, Alexis Bishop - sister, Destiny Bishop - sister, September Bishop - sister, Amira Bishop - sister, and Boston Bishop - brother.

Chase is preceded in death by his Grandpa Randy Great Grandpa and Grandma Collins, Grandpa Harold.

The Celebration of Life for Chase will be Dec 8,2023 at 4:20pm at 1629 Powers St., Lawrence, KS 66044 . Then final resting at Oakhill Cemetery, Lawrence KS.
