Obituary For Carol Ann Fisher

Carol Ann Fisher (Davis) entered into her eternal rest on April 12th, 2023 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri at the age of 76.Carol was born on June 7th, 1946 in Auburn, Washington to Elmer and Francis Davis. She was an essential part of a loving, blended family. They frequently spent time together traveling and camping. Those who knew Carol best would say her life truly began when she gave birth to her daughter, Sheri Lynn. Despite her love for Washington, Carol wanted a change of scenery and she and Sheri moved to Kansas in 1974. Carol found a community of friends that turned into family in Solomon, Kansas. She worked several different jobs during her 25 year career at Tony’s Pizza. After retiring, she enjoyed putting together puzzles, watching the hummingbirds, gardening and spending time with her granddaughters. In 2018, Carol moved to Warrensburg, MO to be closer to family.Preceding Carol in death were her parents, Elmer Ray and Margaret Ann Davis; birth mother Francis M. Davis; brother Lloyd Haworth; brothers-in-law Richard “Pete” Rehder and Alfred “Al” Glavin; and niece Theresa Jean Glavin.Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Sheri Tomlinson of Warrensburg, MO; her two granddaughters, Jayme Tomlinson of Council Bluffs, IA, and Jayce Ralston and husband Christopher of Warrensburg, MO; brother Randy Davis of Port Hadlock, Washington; sisters Nancy Rehder of Red Lodge, Montana and Kathy Davis of Auburn, Washington; half-sister Barbara Rooney of Federal Way, Washington; loving friends Athagean and Jesse Glavin of Solomon, Kansas; and Jerry McMillan of Blair, Nebraska; and several nieces and nephews.Carol wished to be remembered privately among her family and dearest friends.
